North County Immigration & Citizenship Center (NCICC) recently honored their new U.S. citizens with a holiday photoshoot in Solana Beach. With their families gathered around them, new citizens (pictured here) celebrated their hard-earned accomplishment. For most, it has been a long and challenging journey, and their pride and joy was evident as they waved the American flag. Thank you to photographer and NCICC volunteer Tom Close, Total Photo, and Thyme in the Ranch for giving our new citizens and their beautiful families a lasting memory of this milestone.
