DACA

DACA is an administrative relief that protects eligible immigrants who came to the United States when they were children from deportation.

Pathways is currently only offering assistance with DACA renewals because USCIS is not currently processing initial DACA requests. The program requires that DACA status and accompanying work permit be renewed every two years. USCIS encourages DACA recipients to complete their renewal application during the 120-150 day window before expiration to provide enough time for processing and to avoid a lapse in their DACA status.
